Would highly recommend Eric! We met with a few realtors prior to selling our home and ultimately felt like Eric was the best match as he understood our situation having younger children at home. We felt like he had our best interests in mind which seemed hard to find in a realtor! We ended up selling privately and didn’t get to use Eric but we ended up buying a new home months later and gave Eric a call! We were unable to see the home due to being in another province and Eric helped us feel comfortable buying and was able to video call us / answer all the questions we had. We also felt not pressured to buy and was given all options and scenarios that may occur. He was very realistic and we felt again like he had our best interest in mind. Would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling as it’s very hard to find someone to trust but we felt like he was different than the others we had met with!
