He very quickly put together a list of potential properties for us, and was willing and eager to show show them to us. He was very thorough and wrote lots of notes for us at each house that we visited. His knowledge and reachability really helped make us feel like we were able to make an educated decision. Eric is quick to respond to a text or to hop on a call when needed and was very understanding of the fact that I had a lot of questions being a first time homebuyer.
