Other than everything being rated a 5/5 stars and also outside of basic realtor/buyer experience; Eric was very understanding about every situation we went through with viewings, offers, availabilities, etc. He went out of his way every time to reduce the stress out of every situation, i felt like my time was valued as a customer and that is not a trait you find in everyone these days. I will recommend him as a realtor to everyone i know looking for a home in the area.
