Eric is a friendly, but professional realtor. He talks to you like he's your friend, and recommends homes as if he would for his friends and family. He's not afraid to tell you the honest truth about what you're asking for, while still maintaining his friendly, happy demeanor. More than once I sent him listings I was interested in, and he reminded me why we couldn't see that home. He didn't seem annoyed with us, or all our questions. He's patient and kind.
