As out of province buyers, we needed a Realtor with extensive local knowledge. We needed a Realtor who could help us both see and feel candidate properties at a distance. Eric excelled on all those counts. He was able to take the research we had done and fully support our ideas, while also guiding us towards improvements in those ideas. He is an excellent communicator with a fantastic local network of other service providers - property inspection, plumbing, real estate law and even (in our case) asbestos removal! Throughout every single stage of our search and purchase he was knowledgeable, communicative, available and (the best part) the biggest reason we succeeded! We cannot think of any way things could have gone better or any imaginary Agent who could have done things better than Eric. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.
