Eric was fantastic. As I was moving from out of province, I had a lot of questions about specific neighbourhoods which he was very knowledgeable about. He was always quick to respond, and jump on new listing as they came up. When we did finally find the perfect house, he handled the negotiations like a pro and we got the property for below asking which was impressive given then hot market conditions.
