Eric is unbelievable at selling. The first time I called Eric, he came to see us within a day. We talked about our plan and how we would like to proceed. Based on that one conversation, Eric had a plan on what he was going to do with the sale process. Not only did he sell the house for a lot more than I was expecting (and listed), but his knowledge of the market attracted so many people that I had 6 offers within a weekend. Once I accepted an offer, I was relieved of all stress since Eric handled the whole sale process. For the few things I had to do, he guided me the whole way.
