We have used Eric on multiple occasions to purchase and sell. His professionalism, wealth of knowledge, responsiveness and kindness are just some of his amazing qualities. I would not use anyone else after working with him. He is prepared with an understanding of the market, the community you are selling in/and the community you are buying in. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful event and Eric handles everything brilliantly. You will be in excellent hands with Eric. Look no further.
