Eric is a fantastic realtor all around. He is easy to get along with, quick with communication, and very organized. He takes care of all the little things so that everything goes smoothly, and has a collaborative approach that leaves egos to the side, and let's us focus on what is important: bringing both sides together to achieve a a fair deal. I wish more realtors were like him.
