Eric Smith was our realtor while my girlfriend and I were looking for a condo. He was always speedy to respond to questions and was more than willing to work with us to set up viewings. He is very patient and never put any pressure on us to put in an offer on any condo that we did not want to. He was also very honest when it came to writing an offer and was willing to share his opinion when asked but always said it was really up to us.
