Mom and I sold our condo in the Brentwood area in under a week !! In this market it is amazing. This is the second time we have used Eric.once 8 years ago when we sold the house in Capitol Hill in one day and I knew when we were ready to sell this condo I wouldn’t use anyone else!! The whole team is supportive and Eric and his wife Helen gave us excellent advice on how to declutter etc etc . I knew we were in good hands and want to thank the whole team .
