Erik recently helped us sell our house in Kitchener; a lovely house that he also helped us buy some 5 years prior. It was a seamless experience for us, which was so important because we had so many balls in the air at the time and were unable to be around for the sale process. He handled everything graciously, from courteously scheduling viewing appointments in a manner that caused minimal inconvenience for our tenants, to putting together a terrific marketing package, and ultimately delivering on the sale price we were shooting for from the start.
