Esha, helped us sell our home and purchase a brand new build. She was a excellent negotiator and support. We never thought about brining and realtor to purchase a new build and now I will tell everyone how important it is. They advocate for you. Not the builder like the reps working there. They will be that person to answer questions anytime. She was always available to show us examples and ideas or how we should design our home.
