A few weeks ago, I met Esther through a networking group, connecting over an event she was hosting. It turned into one of the best decisions I've made this year. I came to Miami planning to grab a short-term rental while I figured out where I actually wanted to live long term. Esther had a better idea: she suggested I tour a few places while I was already in town, just to see what was out there. That one suggestion changed everything. We toured five places together, and what struck me most was that Esther seemed to understand the life I was trying to build in Miami before I fully articulated it myself. I'd been drawn to downtown, but she gently steered me toward this neighborhood, Edgewater, instead, and she was right. It's exactly suited to the life I'm looking to create here, in a way I couldn't have seen on my own. Because she went so far above and beyond, I found the place of my dreams; a building and location I never would have thought to look at on my own. What made it even more special is how much she actually listened. She took my design preferences seriously: natural light, a real view, proximity to the things that matter most to me: healthy grocery, my Lagree studio, great building amenities, and a young, ambitious, high-energy community. Now I'm a five-minute walk from Whole Foods and Mega Lit, the two things that matter most to my day-to-day life, and it still doesn't feel like a coincidence. It feels like she was paying attention the whole time. Her communication was thoughtful, fast, and full of genuine care from day one. As someone working with a realtor for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the process. It's made me even more excited to call Miami, and this place, home.
