It has a smaller yard though, so I guess it's still a partial downsize. :D Your new house is on the most amazing street with incredible neighbours. And now that you've renovated and landscaped it, it is stunning and the value has doubled. Thank you for trust! One day I'll find you that elusive bungalow that you are dreaming about - lol.
