I have had a wonderful house hunting experience with Evelyn. She was very attentive to what I was looking for. Evelyn has a very positive mindset, knowledge and helpful tips when it came to looking for home. Evelyn was also very patient with me and adaptable to my schedule for showings. We walked away from two of the homes we placed offers on because other agents allowed their clients to overpay for them. Our 3rd offer was accepted but had Kitec issues that we couldn't risk moving forward with. Lucky #4 is so much better than the 3 that didn't work out. Brand new, with great sun, and no pandora's box of problems to potentially haunt you. Yay!!! Congratulations on your very FIRST HOME! I'm so proud of you!
