Right from when we first spoke with her all the way to closing, she has been very professional and friendly, helped us understand all the processes and nuances as first time home buyers. She was there with us every step of the way from understanding the requirements to closing. We saw several homes of multiple types: condo townhouse, townhouse, semi detached and detached, across multiple locations: Etobicoke, Mississuaga, Burlington and Milton, she happily and patiently worked with us even as our interests and preferences wavered. We had some difficulties with closing the house that we wanted from the other side, but Evelyn patiently dealt with that as we were quite interested in the property. We are super happy about the house we bought. It was amazing working with Evelyn and would very strongly recommend her.
