In a nutshell: Evelyn rocks! During our interview we came out impressed by her self confidence, which stems from her deep knowledge of the real estate market. When comparing her marketing plan to the other realtors we considered (yes we did our due diligence) it was no contest. The comparable homes she chose for the CMA were the right ones, and so the price point she recommended hit the mark and was easy to reach agreement on. Her approach to staging our house was minimalist which matched our preference: after all, we are selling a house, not furniture. She laid out the process step by step, and kept asking how she could support us along the way - and when asked for help she delivered. Evelyn’s enthusiasm is contagious, and it was easy to feel in control during the process because everything happened as she had explained to us that it would. Her negotiation skills were showcased too, as she was able to generate multiple offers before the first open house (ultimately we accepted one of them) for slightly over asking. We have recommended Evelyn with no hesitation to all our friends and hope to work with her again in the future.
