This is our second time working with Evelyn and both experiences have been exceptional. She is a real professional. We had a difficult property to sell as it was tenanted, but Evelyn managed to sell it quickly and at a price and closing date that worked for us. Although it wasn't the price we originally thought we could get, we were able to sell when so many other properties haven't been able to. There were 93 Semi listings in Frith's local area from September to November: 35 properties were terminated or suspended without selling (removed from the market) ONLY 24 properties sold during the same period 34 properties are still sitting on the market waiting to be sold ONLY 1/3 of properties SOLD!
