Then, when we chose our dream property, she very quickly put together our offer and worked directly with the selling agent to make sure our bid was responded to quickly, as well as providing a fantastic letter of interest on behalf of us as first time buyers. When the sellers expressed that they wanted a higher bid from us, Evelyn expertly negotiated a price that we were comfortable with (lower than the highest price we told her we could go) even though it led to a slightly lower commission for her. She absolutely showed that she was on our side throughout the entire process. Even more importantly, when the deal was signed, she continued to support us. She arranged a home inspection for us, recommended a fantastic lawyer, and made sure we knew exactly what the next steps were and how to take care of them. When working with Evelyn, I felt confident that no small detail would ever be missed. Evelyn allowed my partner and I to focus on the excitement of buying our first home without worrying that we would fall in love with a home that would not realistically sell in our price range or that would end up having multiple problems when we moved in. She is a phenomenal real estate agent and my partner and I will be working with her again if ever we need a real estate agent.
