She understood our needs for finding a slightly bigger house, and helped us navigate a market that didn't have many great options. Just around the time we listed, the market took a very unfavorable turn with many listings on the market and prices declining rapidly. Thanks to her guidance in preparing our home for the best outcome possible, we were able to sell within a reasonable time. The sale was complicated due to unclear documentation from the condo corporation, but Evelyn stepped in and worked very hard explaining and reassuring potential buyers about our home and condo community. We didn't get the price we wanted, but given the declining market, Evelyn did a very good job at working closely with the buyer agent (and other parties) to come to a suitable agreement.
