After contacting multiple realtors from multiple realty companies, I decided to go with Faith Chan to represented me for the purchase of my property, and I am glad that I did. Her communication level and response time is excellent. When I had multiple specific requests, she answer each and everyone of them in a timely manner on the first requests and did not miss answering any. She is respectful and diligent. One especially worthy note is she helped me further negotiated a better price even after we had okayed of a price we were willing to pay. Even though this extra step will not benefit her in anyway, she did this solely for our interest at her own risk.
