He went above and beyond for me and my family, and I would literally be homeless if not for him. This is going to take a bit of explaining. I'm a mom on disability. I fell into a lot of financial troubles and my property was auctioned at a tax sale. From the time of the sale I had a year to pay the taxes or lose the property. The other person on title took me to court, so the property wasn't even listed for sale for 8 months. He managed to get it sold, but with just 4 days to closing the notary was told by the city that the property tax owing ($26,000) needed to be paid BEFORE the sale could be completed. Obviously I didn't have the money for that. The sale wouldn't have gone through, nor would the purchase of my new property, that closed the same day. The house would have gone for the auctioned price which would have left me with 10s of thousands of dollars. And since all conditions were removed I'm assuming I would have then been sued. He loaned me the money! Me and my kids wouldn't have a roof over our heads if not for his kindness. He never judged me for my situation, he kept me updated on everything, amazingly well, and found me a notary when I couldn't find one. He offered all sorts of help from junk removal, since he had a van. He even offered to drive about 500 km round trip from his office to pick me up, drive me to the notary and drop me back off. You truly can't find a better realtor, and it's very rare to find a anyone with such strong morals, and compassion.
