I was referred to Fil by a close friend in Toronto who had work colleagues who used his services. I reached out, and right away was met with professionalism and knowledge. Moving from Toronto I knew very little about the different areas of Kelowna, but Fil was able to give me helpful Pros and Cons for all of them, ranging from the Westside, and Peachland, too Rutland, Downtown and beyond.
