We had a great experience having Fil help us sell our home! He is very knowledgeable, with not just the market, but the current local real estate market. He gave us all the info we needed (and then some!). He is very professional, and very easy to work with. He is aggressive in his business approach, but not pushy at all. He laid everything out for us in a way that made it very easy to make all of our decisions . He consistently kept us up to date on the progress he was making and was very flexible with helping us book the showings so that our lives were minimally interrupted. He set up the staging consultant, who was amazing, and it wasn't nearly as difficult as we thought it would be to get our house show ready. We definitely recommend him and will absolutely use him again. And their whole office is great as well!
