We recently purchased an apartment/condo with Fil. He was outstanding in every way, beyond our expectations of a realtor. He was responsive, knowledgeable, meticulous, kind and patient. He found properties that met our criteria and efficiently arranged showings. He was quick to point out any issues that might he of concern. He looked after every detail, some of which we were unaware of. He carefully reviewed the Strata Minutes, identified any possible red flags and discussed them with us. He met with us and the Inspector while he went over the report. He suggested we do a walk-through before final possession to insure that everything was as it should be. We highly recommend Fil as we have to all our friends and will definitely use him for all our real estate needs in future. Thank You and Best Wishes Fil, Sincerely, Linda & Norm
