This is the second time that we had the privilege of working with Fil. He does absolutely everything to get the deal done and will not stop until he achieves that. He will network and promote your property as promised and then goes above and beyond that. We truly feel each client matters to him which is rare in today's world. We would recommend Fil to anyone without hesitation. We are definitely clients for life!
