Fil was invaluable in both selling our Kettle Valley townhome and then purchasing our home in West Kelowna. Just days before closing on the townhouse, we had a laundry room flood and were devastated thinking it would derail the sale. But, Fil was able to smooth the waters, as it were, and left everyone happy. He also then was able to secure our new home when there was a competing bid. We could not be happier to have had Fil on our side and will absolutely ask him to help when the time comes to change homes.
