The first time I engaged Fil was in 2023 when I was handling the sale of my uncle’s home in Kelowna. As I reside in Alberta and am not a Kelowna resident, I started my realtor search on this site to find a realtor to use. Fil was extremely professional, provided sound advice, worked hard to handled some of the unique issues with the property. He delivered top quality service in all areas to finalized the sale. To me, being a top realtor is more than selling to me to get the engagement, it’s listening, being honest and practical along with the providing the services. Fil was all that. I just listed my condo in Kelowna very recently and there was zero question about who my realtor was going to be, as Fil is top quality in my assessment. The advice, posting and early busy activity on the unit are proving to me again that my selection of Fil will be worth every penny.
