The thing that I liked about dealing with Fil is that he had a plan in place to deal with anything during the selling of my acreage home and buying a condo. The sale had multiple offers at top dollar and we received 99% of our asking price. On the other end he managed to talk the seller's into taking my first offer. I was in disbelief when he called me and said, "congratulations they accepted your offer." Hell ya I'll use him again.
