Filip is the best. I have never had/known anyone who went over & above as he had. He knew what we liked as when we met & went through places he listened to what we wanted. Not only that he let us bring our two dogs along looking at places (in his car). I felt like I knew him for years. We communicated several times a day & he went to see places for us as we lived in a different Province. Not only going to check these communities out, he walked around talking to people that lived there to get feedback. He even went door to door to see if they were or knew of someone that might be moving as we really liked this one park. When we found the home we wanted he fought tooth & nail to get information on the home & was able to get some deals worked out to get a few things done for us. Main one was getting extra money from the previous home owner & roofing company will give us a deal when we arrive. He helped us complete & go over every document that needed to be done. Filip let us know of places to contact for house insurance, moving companies, info on health system, utilities etc. He worked so hard everyday to make our experience less stressful & I hope he knows we’re not done with him yet! lol
