Frances helped us to find a tenant for our rental property. She is patience, friendly, dedicated and really nice to work with in my opinion. She is dedicated towards finding us the best tenant to the best of our interest, even if it means more work and possibly less commission for her. She puts our interest before her own and cares more about what is best for us rather than for herself. I think this is a truly valuable and unique character of her that makes her a very special and trustworthy agent to work with in my opinion. She is very responsive to my emails, phone calls and texts and is always ready to advice and to take action. She work late nights and even replied to my queries during her vacation.
