I had the utmost pleasure of meeting Fran as a third party. Fran always kept my brother and I in the loop of what he needed to know. She certainly is that one of a kind person, who went above and beyond our expectations. Fran was such a graceful and compassionate person. We appreciated her so much, and in the short time (2 1/2 mths) she was my brother's agent, she certainly proved to be a very reliable, respectful and honest individual who blessed both my brother and myself with her sincere dedication to selling his home.
