He has three main characteristics that makes him a perfect realtor: 1) He is a very knowledgeable person and provides many hidden details in visits. I remember that in the inspection, "my" inspector privately told me that he is very knowledgeable. 2) He is a very patient person. He never pushes you to buy. 3) More important than the two previous ones is that he is extremely honest person; Frank is a man of honor. With respect to all others in this business, finding a realtor that you can totally and wholeheartedly trust is not easy at all. Frank is very honest person. I am pretty sure that my futures sell/buys will also be with Frank. Besides, the above characteristics, he is also a “very reliable” person. You can always count on what he tells you. God knows how many times I called him after buying my house and he patiently walked me through the renovation/maintenance details that are not even his responsibilities.
