As for the sale of our house he recommended a stager who we were really impressed with, the photographer who he brought in took some amazing pictures and created a beautiful brochure for the viewings. Frank was there whenever we had any questions and or concerns. He also did his research and advertised where it would be most beneficial. In the end we were able to sell our house for over asking and was one of the highest sold in the neighborhood.
The purchase of our house this was nowhere near as quick. We only wanted to buy in a particular small pocket where not a lot of houses go up for sale which of course made it that much more difficult. Anytime a house would go up for sale he would send us the listing and would book an appointment before it was sent out via email. We saw a lot of houses which for one reason or another we just did not love but he stayed patient and we never felt pressured. The house we did end up falling in love with was one Frank send us the night before it went on the market, he booked us an appointment and after looking at it we put an offer the same day. Frank spoke with the other agent and got it for even less than we were willing to pay. We were told by the selling agent that the amount off calls he received the next day from agents trying to books appointments was insane and me and my husband are sure that if we didn't see it early we would not have gotten it especially for the same price.
