We hired Gabriel and Valentino for the sale of our house in North Saanich. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and after doing a CMA he suggested the sale price which was acceptable to us and it worked out very well. He made sure everything was in order ( pictures etc) before listing the house. This father-son duo team were very helpful throughout the entire process.
