I’ve had experience with many mortgage brokers, both brokers and mortgage advisors at the bank. Gagan Chahal wins hands down. His knowledge, accessibility, proactive approach and willingness to keep you informed every step of the way, are second to none. There was one occasion where I was promised a mortgage from my bank and it did not materialize, I was then left with very little time before my close, Gagan stepped in on short notice and had me covered. He even got me a better rate and terms in the end than what the bank had originally promised and not delivered. I greatly appreciate that Gagan does not overpromise at the beginning. I will partner with Gagan for all of my mortgage needs. 10/10 would highly recommend.
