Typical shady agent of 2020. Will put an offer in their own name and never show up with a deposit and claim they couldn't get financing, meanwhile there is 3 people on title. I know this is becoming fairly common for shady agents but I think it's time people get the word out to save people from potentially missing out on other offers and just the annoyance of wasting time.
