The name of my realtor was Gail Schmidt. She was very easy to work with in selling my home and then the purchase of a new home. The process was very easy. Gail explained everything that would happen very clearly and the steps involved. If there was a problem, Gail made sure she did whatever it took to resolve it. If I had a question, Gail got back to me almost immediately with the answer. My home sold in a day and a half and my purchase happened just as smoothly. If I ever decide to sell and buy again, I will for sure call Gail Schmidt to be my realtor. I highly recommend Gail and I give her 10 stars
