Gareth was an outstanding realtor. Being first-time homebuyers in a crazy market, the home buying process was quite daunting. However, Gareth made the process so much easier to navigate. He was extremely kind, and helpful but most importantly he was honest. We wanted a realtor who would tell us the pros and cons of each house, and let us know of any major concerns that we may not have thought of, and Gareth did just that. Buying a house is a major investment and we didn't want to make any mistakes with our final decision. We never felt pressured by him to make any decisions as he always spent the time to help us evaluate each home so that we could make an educated decision on our own. With Gareth's help, we got our dream home and we couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend Gareth Hughes to absolutely everyone.
