This is our 2nd time working with Garry, and we had an amazing experience. Earlier in the year Garry and his team helped us secure a pre-con home with a high in demand project. Recently, we used Garry’s expertise to sell our condo. His team was excellent to deal with and they took care of the staging, photos, and marketing. While it is currently a tough market, Garry was still able to sell our home in less than 2 weeks which other comparable units were unable to do so. We are so thankful to Garry and his team for making this a stress free and positive experience!
