Gary has been a great agent to me and was always conscious about my financial limit. He was relentless in finding properties with good potential even during the period where inventory was low. He would visit properties and do descriptive video tours providing pros and cons on the property, including comparables in the area. Best of all, he will say it as it is. I never felt forced to buy and he had provided lots of options.
