Have used Gary twice over that last 4 years. Very professional. Not transnational driven, but more interested in the customer and their desires. Always promptly returns calls. Have dealt with him from international locations and he makes document execution easy. Currently working with him to acquire another property. Wish more realtors were like him as I normally despise working with realtors as they do not listen and research what the customer desires.
