Gavin was the most patient realtor ever! We had a big wish list and were also stubborn to stay in a specific area. He was gentle (and subtle) with showing us what we could get if we were open to seeing properties in other DT neighbourhoods. When we found our current home, Gavin did some research to find some key information to recomment that we offer a lower than asking price. He was adamant on getting the best price for us and managed to do so in our favour (mind you, this WAS 2016). His service didn't stop on closing day. He was with us through our renos in 2020 and gave us great recos for what to do should we want to increase our value. He still drops by with a hello and to check in on us. We absolutely recommend using Gavin or find your a new home and to sell - he is the best and we plan to use him again when the time comes back around!
