He was instantly approachable yet thorough, making us feel comfortable in using his time, and we never got the impression he was pushing us to settle on an offer quickly. 2) Attention to detail: Gavin clearly had a wealth of knowledge that allowed him to advise us on the most minute details to take into consideration as we went through the process. This included not just aspects of the condos themselves, but the fine print in renting in the city, what kind of buildings to look out for, how to navigate contracts and terms etc. This was invaluable knowledge for us coming to tghe city for the first time. He was our single point of contact and proved to be spot-on on all his advice. 3) Care & follow-through: Gavin volunteered to remotely view properties for us, always putting in high-effort in visiting those locations and going through every one of our questions, even offering to help outside the 9-5. This was key, as was his proactive offer to help us review the contrat and get smoothly settled-in during and after deal closure. It wasn't just about the deal for Gavin - we knew we could reach out for his help or advice weeks later, which is more care than I've ever received for a simple lease. Gavin going above and beyond was a major reason why we managed to secure an ideal offer, and when the need arises I'd surely work with him again.
