Geneviève's strongest asset is her integrity - we valued that she was always enthusiastic, positive and optimistic about our beloved home, but she did not set false expectations. She showed real appreciation for the value of the sustainable features in our home, and we know that she highlighted those elements as selling features, with her passion. She gave frank advice, but was always willing to listen, discuss and negotiate. She respected our needs and desires as sellers. We had to lower our price, but we appreciated Geneviève's assessment of the particular context and the 'niche' market for our unique house, and in the end, we were extremely satisfied.
