Geneviève is amazing to work with. She’s transparent, genuine, and truly buyer-protective. She gives you her honest judgment about which properties are worth considering and which ones probably aren’t, instead of just trying to get you to buy something. I also really appreciated how thorough she is during visits. She actually checks the house, notices little details, and you can clearly tell she has done her research on the property beforehand. It really feels like she is thinking from her client’s point of view and looking out for your interests. What I especially liked is her calmness when there’s competition. She never pushes you into a bidding war just because other buyers are interested. Instead, she keeps reminding you that we buy what is worth buying, and that there will always be other options. That helped me stay rational and make decisions I actually felt comfortable with. On top of all that, she’s incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. She has such a lovely personality, and I genuinely enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend!
