I recently had the pleasure to meet Gerry Pesut from The Property Guys. This is an alternate, fee-based Real Estate organization that works on a flat-fee rather than the traditional commission-based system. I feel compelled to write this short review because of the fantastic service I received. I feel that I got all the attention that I would otherwise have received from a traditional, over-priced system and saved thousands of dollars. Gerry's team marketed my house with a high standard. They did their market research on the value of the house and recommended a fair market listing price. They represented me professionally and efficiently throughout the offer phase with their legal team and in the end, I received what I should have received in this market. I have nothing but praise for Gerry and his team. If you considering selling your home in the GTA, call Gerry. He is a smart man. He knows his business. He knows how to work with people. He is professional. He is efficient. He offers sage advice. and he got the job done. Worth every bit of the fee I paid him. I just can't imagine why anyone who has taken the leap of faith to go the unconventional route to sell their home would not give Gerry a 10 out of 10. Thank you Gerry and the Property Guys Team!!!!
