Giancarlo Randazzo was extremely helpful and informative during our apartment hunting in Toronto and alleviated much of the stress that comes with it. He supported us through all the steps of the process, including looking for available units, viewing tours, rental application, key pickup and the move-in procedure. We were first-time renters in Toronto and Giancarlo welcomed all the nitty gritty questions that we had, and his responses were not only detailed and informative, but also extremely quick. There was some back and forth communication with the landlord during the application and he ensured that we were getting the best deal without missing anything crucial.
