I am writing this review on behalf of my mom for whom Gianna Schiralli just secured a beautiful condo. From the start of this process, Gianna was always cognizant of my mom's age and the emotional toll of saying goodbye to the home where she raised her kids while scaling down to a condo. She is the ultimate professional but is also kind, empathetic, personable and experienced. She frequently suggested options and solutions that we didn't even think of. By working with the listing agent and landlord, Gianna was able to negotiate some important changes in this property that will allow my mom to feel like the space is truly hers. Our family has now completed numerous transactions with the Schiralli Team, always with better than expected outcomes. For this reason we will not deal with any other agents.
